Mail delivery delay
A disruption in Canada Post services will delay both incoming and outgoing ServiceOntario mail.
To mitigate these delays, clients are advised to utilize online services whenever possible. If online options are unavailable, it is recommended to explore courier services as an alternative for sending documents via Canada Post during this period.
Company Key Guide: If this is your first time accessing your Ontario Business Registry account, a Company Key is required. Please use this guide to request a Company Key.
Effective February 1, 2025, the Ministry will be expanding the list of Service Providers. If you plan to engage the services of a Service Provider or intermediary, provide them with the Company Key. If you have not obtained the Company Key, please use this guide to request one.

Federal Business Number: To confirm or request a new Federal Business Number, contact the Canada Revenue Agency’s Business Number Enquiry Line at 1-800-959-5525. If your Federal Business Number has changed and the OBR is not up to date, contact the ServiceOntario Customer Support Centre at 1-800-361-3223.
If you do not have a previous ONe-Key account, you can create a new My Ontario Account to access ServiceOntario Account services.
