Effective February 1, 2025, the Ministry will be expanding the list of Service Providers. If you plan to engage the services of a Service Provider or intermediary, provide them with the Company Key. If you have not obtained the Company Key, please use this guide to request one.

Mail delivery delay: A disruption in Canada Post services will delay both incoming and outgoing ServiceOntario mail. To mitigate these delays, clients are advised to utilize online services whenever possible. If online options are unavailable, it is recommended to explore courier services as an alternative for sending documents via Canada Post during this period.

ONe-Key is no longer available for access. If you previously logged into your ServiceOntario Account using ONe-Key, you will need to migrate your account over to My Ontario Account by creating or using an existing My Ontario Account and selecting "yes" when prompted about migration.
If you do not have a previous ONe-Key account, you can create a new My Ontario Account to access ServiceOntario Account services.
